Another weekend has come and gone and this one definitely did NOT disappoint!
Friday
Friday evening, after a home cooked spaghetti and meatballs meal, Ryan and I invited over some new friends that live in our complex for some drinks. We ended up talking, drinking, and playing Dominos until around 2:30 in the morning! They're really fun people and we're excited to have made some friends that live in the same building as us!
Saturday
Since we were up so late Friday night, Saturday started out pretty slow. We lounged around the apartment until around mid-afternoon before getting our butts in gear! My Boston bestie, Kristen, was taking the train out to hang out with me for the night so Ryan and I went to Whole Foods to grab some things for dinner for the 3 of us! We picked up Mango Coconut Mahi Mahi, which was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend ya'll try it if you have a Whole Foods near you!
After dinner (and a quick trip to Friendly's for ice cream), Ryan headed off to a bachelor party and Chris and Rachel picked Kristen and I up to head to a bar in Quincy Center. A friend of Rachel's sings in a band that happened to be playing that night and they were awesome! We sang along, took cheesy Toms pictures, drank, and danced the night away, closing down the bar!

Ryan, Kristen, and I headed to church for the 11 am service, stopping for Dunkin Donuts on the way. After church, we drove Kristen back into the city but detoured to Newbury Street to check out a cool store, Alex and Ani. I'm NOW obsessed with their bracelets and there are 3 or 4 I'm currently eyeing!!
Yes Please!! It's a good thing my birthday is coming up!
When we finished up at Alex and Ani, we ventured over to Georgetown Cupcake to grab a treat!
We picked out 6 because Rachel and Chris were coming over later for dinner and we thought it would be a nice dessert! We went with Vanilla Birthday, Chocolate Ganache, Chocolate Cupcake, Carrot Cake, Chocolate Sundae, and Red Velvet!
Our last stop on Newbury was the Nordstrom Rack across the street, where I found the Rose Gold watch I've been looking for and it was over 50% off!! Love a good deal!
Sunday evening Rachel and Chris came over to grill out with us! Rachel is leaving for NC to visit her sister for about a week, so we're trying to get as much QT together as possible! We grilled up some drumsticks, brats, corn on the cob, and zucchini, all of which was delicious!
This weekend was awesome and I'm sad it's over. BUT my family is coming in tomorrow for the week and we're super excited to show them around our new area!

PS- STEPHANIE and BEN booked flights to come to Boston in a little over a month! I'm so excited to see my bestie AND finally be together to celebrate our birthdays again!! Love yah Screph!
